My name is Gemma and I am a qualified reflexologist with the London School of Reflexology. I am also a registered cardiac nurse and have worked in the NHS in various roles for over 20 years.

I love reflexology as it brings a moment of absolute calm.

I love that it shouldn’t make any sense (but so often does).

And I love that it gives you an opportunity to reflect on your health and wellbeing in a holistic way.

It’s so much more than a foot rub.
